- Beef Mince
- Egg plant
- Bell Peppers
- Parmesan Cheese
- Served on Penne pasta
- Pour dry mixture into a pot, add enough water to cover, stir well and let rehydrate for 10 min.
- Place pot over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 min, add more water till you reach desired consistency.
- Remove from heat, cover and let stand for another 5 min.
- Stir again and dig in!
