Milorho Lodge is comfortably on the northern slopes of the Magaliesburg mountains, which happens to be the oldest mountain range the second oldest mountain range in the world. Our pristine and tranquil reserve is home to a large endemic flora system, bursting with a beautiful array of bird and wildlife.
Enjoy the magnificent views while hiking the Magaliesburg mountains at Milorho lodge. The hikes are unique in that they pass through a gorge, rock pools and waterfalls.
There are iron age buildings on the farm as well as an abundance of flora and fauna. The rock formations are out of this world.

The trail offers a wide range of terrain and ecosystems. The goal of the trail is to offer visitors opportunities for hiking, recreation while enjoying the scenery and wildlife of our area.
The hiking trails offer an opportunity to do just that with 12 kms of some of the most beautiful scenery you will find in the North West.

The Brown Trail (5km):
The Brown Trail is a very easy hike which rewards you with beautiful cool rock pools.
