Today’s hike will take you along the famous cliff path, which stretches for 11 kilometers along the rugged coastline. You will have the opportunity to spot whales, dolphins, and seals along the way. After the hike, you will visit the vibrant Hermanus market, where you can sample local food and crafts. In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional South African braai (barbeque) and spend the night under the stars.
After breakfast, you will start your day with a hike through the Fernkloof Nature Reserve, one of the richest floral kingdoms in the world. The reserve boasts an extensive network of hiking trails, and you will explore the area with your dog by your side. You will have a packed lunch along the way, and in the afternoon, you will visit the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley wine region, where you will sample some of the region’s finest wines. Dinner will be served back at your accommodation.
On your final day, you will have a leisurely breakfast before bidding farewell to Hermanus. You will have the option to visit the nearby beaches or explore the town’s quaint shops before departing for home.
