Camino Itinerary

Day 0, 8 Sep:

Arrival at Kapteinskloof guesthouse

Meet fellow pilgrims in the Sandveld and settle in. Arrive any time after 4pm and before dark.

Day 1, 9 Sep:

Kapteinskloof ➝ Aurora (23km)

Private farmlands take you to the small town of Aurora. This area is special in wildflower season. Your rest house in Aurora is with Jan & Hester Brink who offer home stay accommodation.

Day 2, 10 Sep:

Aurora ➝ RoesRus Williekamp Farm Stay (18km)

Gravel roads lead you through rooibos plantations to Gezie’s Farm, another small Camino rest house that provides accommodation to pilgrims in their homes.

Day 3, 11 Sep:

RoesRus Williekamp Farm Stay ➝ Redelinghuys (9km)

Redelinghuys is famous for the art murals and artists who live in the town. The natural setting is unique and special.
